(Almost)Perfect PB cookies
I made these wonderful PB last Sunday, and they were pretty good. They would have probably only taken 20-30 min., but it took me a little longer because we don't have a mixer, so I did it by hand.
Ingredients:
1/2 c sugar
1/2 c brown sugar
1/2 c PB
1/2 c butter
1 egg
1 1/4 c flour
3/4 t baking soda
1/2 t baking powder
1/4 t salt
1 t vanilla
Directions:
Cream together the PB and butter ( easier if softened ) and then add both kinds of sugar. The better you cream these together, the better the cookies taste. Then add the vanilla and egg. Mix together all of the rest of the ingredients (dry). Next, dump this mixture into the wet and stir together. Roll the cookies into balls and place on a greased sheet. Bake in the oven for 9 to 10 min. at 375 F.
Enjoy!
