Easter Dinner

We had a wonderful Easter dinner on Sunday. Fresh homemade rolls, fruit salad, ham, rosemary potatoes and asparagus. I couldn't get any pics. because it got eaten up too fast. ;)

Grammy's Homemade Rolls

Ingredients:

- 2  1/4 c of warm water

- 3 TBS of yeast

- 1/3 c of sugar

- 3 eggs

- 1/2 c of oil

- 1 TBS salt

- 7 c of flour

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 375 F or 175 C.

Beat until smooth, fluffy, & elastic.

Let the dough rise double, it takes about an 1/2 hour.

Put the dough onto a floured surface.

Cut the dough using a glass cup to press down and cut the roll dough out into circles.

TIP: Get the glass as close to the edge as possible. If you do this correctly, there should only be little triangles left between circles.

Dip half of the roll circle into melted butter and fold together with the buttered side in the inside.

Put the rolls onto a greased pan and let them rise double again.

Then bake them in the oven for 20-25 minutes.

And......

ENJOY!!!
